This crunchy snack bread will keep up to 10 days in an airtight container. Its great to have on hand when needing something healthy to eat quickly.Add a dollop of avocado or nut butter or top with sliced tomato and nut cheese.
Most nuts can be made into a milk of a creamy consistency. I enjoy the taste of nut milks-deliciously rich and sweetish. I do not drink a glass of nut milk but use it in other recipes or in the form of an 'almond chai latte'. Hemp seeds can also be used to make a milk from. Add more water or less depending on how you enjoy nut milk.
You can keep some of this naan bread in an airtight container in the fridge. If friends drop by it means you always have something available to wrap around other vegetables. Make these 'all-plant breads as thick or thin as you like and experiment a few times until you get the desired consistency and shape.
